Lauren Hart
Hi there! I’m Lauren Hart, the founder of Optimal Living Therapy and co founder of Otuition. My journey into occupational therapy wasn’t planned, but over the past 10 years, it’s become more than just a job to me – it’s a path of constant learning, adapting, and coming up with fresh ideas.
To me, being an occupational therapist is all about thinking creatively and finding unique solutions to unique problems. It’s ultimately about helping our clients get the most out of their lives and I love that we get to contribute to that.

Hi, I’m Therese Sullivan, co-founder of Otuition and I’ve been an occupational therapist for eight years. I started out in work cover and tertiary hospital settings, but my path eventually led me to community disability and rehabilitation where I found my true passion.
Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience in leadership, operations, cognitive rehabilitation, and working closely with the NDIS and SIL. I love that I get the opportunity to pass on what I’ve learned throughout my diverse career to others in the industry, hopefully making their life and the lives of their clients are little easier.
